Corporate Governance

The system of rules, practices and processes by which AlloyGator Ltd is directed and controlled defines the way that it is governed and for what purpose. It identifies who has power and accountability, and those responsible for  making decisions.

The Board of directors is responsible for the governance of AlloyGator Ltd. The shareholders appoint both the directors and the auditors as part of the process of satisfying themselves that an appropriate governance structure is in place.
