What is the minimum order?
You can start with a low entry level order. For online sellers and businesses still building their fitting network, smaller starter orders may be available, so talk to us about the right starting point for you.
How does pricing work?
We aim to keep AlloyGator pricing consistent across our markets. We also know every region is different, so we work alongside our distributors to make sure the product is priced correctly for their market.
Can I set my own customer terms?
We want AlloyGator to have a consistent reputation wherever it's sold, so we'll work with you on your customer terms. There's still flexibility, so together we can agree terms that work for your business and your market.
Is the product covered by a warranty?
Yes. All stock is backed by our 12 month product warranty.
What support do you provide?
If you need one, we can give you your own AlloyGator website, adapted to your region and translated where possible. We fully support that website and help you get set up on Google, including your Google Business Profile, and we provide social media support. We also give you full training, either in person or by video.
How long does delivery take, and how is stock shipped?
Orders usually take around four weeks from the date you order. We can arrange delivery to you, or you can arrange your own collection if you prefer. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
